Printworks27

We are Printworks 27 and we are passionate about creating modern and minimal typography based prints for you and your favourite spaces.

Founded by Daya, Mummy to two amazing girls and former IT consultant who decided a 9-5 desk job was no longer for her. The idea for Printworks27 was born when searching for artwork for our home and we just couldn't find anything that was modern and minimal, as well as inspirational. This is our journey and thank you for being part of it.

All prints are designed and printed in-house on a Canon TM-200 on premium paper with ink that will last a lifetime.

Shop Policies

Delivery

Standard prints are processed within 3 days of receipt of order.

Personalised prints are processed within 5 days of receipt of order.

The delivery cost is £1.99 for all prints in all sizes.

A4 envelope prints are posted via Royal Mail First Class. Delivery aim is 1 day from when the order has been fulfilled.

A3, A2 and A1 are packaged in tubes and posted via Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class. Delivery aim is 3 days from when the order has been fulfilled.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised or sale items.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
