My Skin-First ObsessionAt Saabuni, we are passionate about soap-making and have been devoted to it since we started our journey. In addition to our soap products, we have also expanded our line to include a range of skin care products. We take pride in handcrafting every product with the utmost care, only using ingredients that are beneficial for the skin. Our dedication to natural, skin-loving ingredients is at the core of everything we do.
In fact, we believe in the benefits of natural ingredients so much that we want to share it with you!

But our love for skin care doesn't stop there. We also believe in sustainability and use eco-friendly packaging to deliver our products to you. So not only are you getting a high-quality, natural cosmetics, but you can also feel good about the environmental impact of your purchase.
Shop Policies
Delivery
We take our environmental impact very seriously. For this reason, all our products and transportation methods are as eco-friendly as possible. Our commitment to you is we will always use recyclable, biodegradeable or reusable packaging. Where this isn't possible, we have committed to finding suitable alternative eco friendly packaging. This includes our product packaging, as well as our shipping packaging and tape. If you receive seed paper with your order, we will only write in pencil because the graphite in the pencil biodegrades. We will also re-use parcel boxes we've had deliveries in so we are extending the shelf life of it and building on our ZERO Waste ethos. If you'd prefer to have your orders delivered in standard jiffy bags and/or boxes instead, please let us know with your order - these will also be 100% recyclable :)
When will it get here?Our products usually take between 4-5 days to arrive but can take longer at busy periods such as Valentines Day, Ramadhan, Easter or Christmas. During Pre-order, please refer to the product page for details. If you are outside of the UK, Royal Mail Strike Action may affect delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you love our products as much as we do! We check every product as it leaves to make sure they are perfect. If for any reason you are unhappy please let us know straight away at info@desicity.com and we will be very happy to assist you.
We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept change of mind returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@desicity.com with your original order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, any promotions, including 'free delivery' are offered as a discount. For this reason if items are returned that take your order value under the promotional criteria (e.g. <£25 for free delivery) then the discount will be adjusted from your refund value.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
