Delivery generally takes 3-5 days.

Please expect delays during this busy time. Anything in the "a touch of luxe" that requires customisations may take longer. All parcels are tracked & need to be signed for.

Delivery between Monday - Friday

Tracking number will be provided via email once order is processed, usually via Hermes.

Returns

Sale items purchased cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with both the security ribbon and garment tag still on and in the same condition you received it. If the garments are returned without both tags, you won't be granted a refund. Return period: 14 Days. To return your product, please email us on info@sonaey.co.uk with a reason for return and we will send you the returns address. We advise that pieces being refunded should be 2nd class & signed for. Please allow up to 1 week for the refund to be in your account once the parcel has arrived.
