Delivery

Processing Time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Please note that personalised, bespoke, and made-to-order products can take up to 14 days to make. Always check the relevant product page for accurate delivery information. By purchasing an item, you agree to the stated delivery date. In the event of any change you will be notified of a revised delivery date by email.

Packaging

Beauty and the Button Products are carefully wrapped and packaged securely so that they can reach you in perfect condition.

Delivery

Orders are sent either by Royal Mail 24 or 48 or Parcelforce. Please note that we are stating the estimated delivery time, and Beauty and the Button cannot be held accountable for any third-party delays and any localised disruptions due to the pandemic are outside of our control.

Whilst we will do all we can to ensure your order arrives on time our shipping times are a guide only. Unfortunately, we do not guarantee or take responsibility for orders that arrive later than expected as we utilise third party carriers with whom we have no control over and, as with any kind of logistics, delays are common. 

Please note: We do not offer split shipping, all items will be sent together in the one parcel. If you require multiple products to be shipped as they become available then please contact us. 

International orders will be subject to import duty as per local guidelines which the customer will be responsible for.

Delivery and Promotions

If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refer to standard UK delivery only. If you want to check timing or costs of delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by sending us an email to smile@beautyandthebutton.co.uk

Emails and Social Media pages are only manned Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. We will endeavour to get back to you within 48hr excluding weekends.

Frame Size 

Please note all sizes refer to the external dimensions of the frame and not the size of the print. Therefore when discussing sizes we will only ever refer to the size of the frame and then the printed area will always be smaller to fit the mount. 

Damaged Items

All damages must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt.  We reserve the right not to accept goods back after this period.

Please email us at smile@beautyandthebutton.co.uk before returning your items. All items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

With the returned item please include your name and address along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. In the case of an exchange please include re-postage money, at the same rate as was charged on the first order. All correspondence and returns should be sent to:

Once your items have been received and checked we will process your refund within 14 days. All refunds are processed through the original method of payment used.

Postage will not be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt.  We reserve the right not to accept goods back after this period.

Please email us at smile@beautyandthebutton.co.uk before returning your items. All items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Clothing: must be returned to us unused and in its original condition with the tags still attached for a refund. It must be free from perfume and makeup stains. If unwanted goods are not resalable then we cannot provide a refund and the item will be returned to you.

Bags: must be returned to us unused and in its original condition with the tags still attached for a refund. If unwanted goods are not resalable then we cannot provide a refund and the item will be returned to you.

Ceramic: must be returned to us unused and in its original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not resalable then we cannot provide a refund and the item will be returned to you. Breakages must be reported with 24 hours of receiving your goods.

We do not offer a free returns service.

What Items Are Non-Refundable

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sample items 
  • Sale Items
  • Anything that is made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise cannot be sold due to the bespoke element. This also includes dated products.
  • Creative pieces that are specifically commissioned when you place an order
  • Personal items sold with hygiene seals, where the seal is broken.
  • To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancellable before ordering.
