Hi and thank you for visiting Customized4you! I’m Renu, Founder and creative lead for this family-owned business. Together, my husband (H) and I run this business alongside parenting our two beautiful boys, ages 6 and 5 months (as of May 2021) and outside of our full time jobs.
Our primary objective is to provide on trend colours and designs which are also high quality, stand the test of repeatable washes, look good and most importantly comfortable to wear.
We are creative at heart and we love that we can offer personalisation on most of our items.
Above all, we take pride in what we do, and we hope that when you buy from Us you will want to keep coming back for more. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and that each time you purchase from us you have an easy, pleasant buying experience.
Given that everything we do as parents is to care and provide for our children’s future, we are committed to biodegradable and recyclable packaging. We want to do our bit for the planet and so we thank you for helping us by recycling your packaging when you receive your products.
Our standard delivery for mainland UK is Royal Mail 2nd class signed for priced at £3.99.
We give the option to upgrade to first class priced at £4.99.
We would love to offer free delivery but as a small business keeping costs down to our customers we are unable to offer this.
Returns & Exchanges
We really hope that you love what you order, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied then we want to know about it. It is our priority to resolve customer issues quickly for you, so to get started, please contact us with your order number.
Should we be unable to resolve your concern we will replace the item or provide you with a refund.
Personalised items are non-refundable unfortunately unless of course they are deemed to be faulty.
