Shipping policy

NOTE: Standard delivery does not include tracking. Please choose a Tracked delivery service at checkout if you wish your order to be tracked.


Processing Time

Typically, orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may be delayed.


Delivery Time

The shipping times below are estimated by Royal Mail and aren’t guaranteed. They are subject to change and delays in your region, or those caused by Public holidays and adverse weather conditions. If ordering from outside of the UK, custom delays may also occur. Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time. 

UK destinations via Royal Mail
  • Royal Mail 1st class Mail: Delivered 1-2 working days after dispatch
  • Royal Mail 2nd class: Delivered 2-4 working days after dispatch
International destinations via Royal Mail
  • International Tracked: Depends on country, but in most cases delivered 10-12 working days after dispatch.

NOTE: Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are not counted as working days


Shipping Fees

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from the different shipping methods for your location. The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please review and ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to avoid any delays or additional charges.

 

Shipment Tracking

If you’ve selected tracked shipping, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. If you don’t select Tracked shipping at checkout, we can’t locate the whereabouts of your order once dispatched and can’t provide a tracking number. In the unlikely event that your order is lost, you will be offered a replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund.

 

My item hasn't arrived, what do I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected times below, please contact us via email at vividbymaryam@gmail.com

- For UK orders, if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days 

- For international orders, if your item hasn't arrived within 25 working days (approx 4-8 weeks)

Royal mail does not consider packages lost until they reach the working days mentioned above and therefore we are unable to ask them to investigate before these times have passed.

 

Shipping Destinations [Important Notice for EU customers]

Due to Brexit, new regulations have been implemented that impact the VAT and tax requirements for cross-border shipments to EU countries. If you are a customer based in the EU, please place your orders through the Etsy Store instead, where the applicable VAT amount will be calculated and added to your order automatically during the checkout process. This will reduce the likelihood of your order being held up at customs and border control.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside of the UK, you may be responsible for paying customs and import charges upon delivery. The exact amount of these charges will depend on the customs regulations of your country. We have no control over these fees, and it falls upon customers to comply with customs regulations and pay any associated charges.

Refund policy

If you’ve changed your mind about an item, we can offer you the option to exchange. Refunds are not accepted. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for exchange, items must

  • Be in their original condition, 
  • Be unused with all tags and packaging intact
  • Have a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that any exchange requests made beyond this timeframe will not be accepted

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Packaging and shipping costs

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the product received is incorrect or faulty. Ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. Include any accessories or documentation that came with the item.

 

Exchange Processing

Once we receive the returned item, if the item/s meets the exchange eligibility criteria we’ll process the exchange based on the availability of the desired item. If the item is out of stock, we will provide alternative options or issue store credit.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
