Shop Policies
Delivery
Upon payment, all orders are dispatched via Royal Mail “48” tracked delivery. All order confirmations will be sent upon dispatch and will include tracking numbers for your reference. Should the parcel not be received by the recipient, it will be returned back to us and there will be a £5.00 re-charge postage.
Returns & Exchanges
We pride in providing only the greatest quality items, however also understand that breakages and other faults can occur during transit of items. Therefore exchanges for faulty jewellery of equal amount is possible.Should a fault occur, please ensure this is reported within 48hrs of receiving the item to be eligible for an exchange.
Please email the exchange query along with images of the faulty item to adorn.theskcollection@gmail.com for approval and further processing. Exchanged items will be dispatched upon us receiving the original item in a safe and same condition as sent.
