Founded in 2021 by me, Chand Patel. Majora was created to provide a place for men to find comfortable and contemporary mojris for Indian weddings. I've created two styles of Indian shoes in a few colours to suit your outfit of choice. Our Mojris are a celebration of India’s vibrant, colourful culture and an expression of fine individuality.

Delivery
UK Shipping
If you are based in the UK we offer Royal Mail's Tracked 48 (£2.50) and 24 (£3.50) hour service. Your order must be placed before 14:00 that day for it to reach its destination the following day.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide, with some exceptions, and use Royal Mail's Tracked International Service. International orders typically take only 1-2 weeks to arrive. Based on previous orders, international deliveries normally take 5-8 days.
Tracking ID
Tracking IDs should be included automatically in your dispatch confirmation email. Please get in touch if you did not receive a tracking ID and we can double-check this for you. Please note, we may not be able to supply tracking information for most international orders.
Not In?
We make an effort to package our products in secure packaging, however, occasionally postal staff can mishandle packages. If your order arrives damaged, please send us an image and we will send a replacement right away.
If Royal Mail attempt to deliver a parcel when no one is home, your postman/woman will leave a red calling card ad the parcel will be waiting for collection at your most local post office. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the undelivered parcel or schedule a redelivery online.
If your parcel is not collected from the post office in time, Royal Mail will return it to us in 1/2 weeks. We will reach out to you to ship your shoes or offer to cancel and refund the order.
If you entered your address incorrectly and your parcel has been already dispatched, we need to wait for Royal Mail to send this back to us, which can take 1/2 weeks. We are happy to send your package again however you will need to bear the cost of shipping. We suggest to place a new order in the meantime and we will refund the original order when we receive it back.
Please do bear in mind, we are a small company doing everything we can to get your order to you securely and quickly. If you have questions or concerns about your order, we will help you right away.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy
Returns are free for UK based customers. We offer a full refund on goods that are unused and returned in a resalable condition in the original packaging. Returns requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your item. Because we are a new small business, we kindly ask you to make sure you try them on inside before you wear them outside to make sure they fit to your liking. We cannot accept shoes that have been worn outside.
If, having worn an item, it develops a fault, we would like to know about it. Please contact me at customercare@bymajora and I will provide you with a returns address.
Currently, for international orders, we are unable to offer free returns. If you would like to return an item please contact customercare@bymajora.com
How to return your item
Please return the shoes in the box and bag (if possible) they arrived in ensuring there is adequate packing to protect the contents. Complete the returns form. Please let us know the reason for return by entering a return code in the Reason Code box.
To return an item, please email us at customercare@bymajora.com and we'll send you a free returns label via email. You can print your returns label by yourself or you can take it to your nearest Royal Mail drop off point and they can print it for you, just show them the returns label on your phone. Your nearest Royal Mail drop off point can be found at https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you
Allow at least 5 working days for the package to reach us. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt. Funds may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.
