All candles are handmade with Eco soy wax and cotton braided wicks, meaning no release of black smoke.

These candles are very aesthetically pleasing on the eye. Designed for a decorative purpose. However, if you decide to burn any of the Pillars please place them on a fire resistant surface tray or a dish. Only burn the candle within sight and away from children, pets, and drafts.
Each candle’ burning experience may vary, due to size and shape and there is no guarantee that each candle will burn evenly, it may be some wax may flow over the sides and one candle may burn faster than another from the same batch. Please always remember to place your candle centred and straight to have the best burning experience.

Delivery
SHIPPING
- All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.
- In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of re-delivery.
- We are not responsible for any orders which are damaged during delivery, although we try our best to ensure our packaging is secure.
- Once the products have dispatched from out office. All orders are completely out of our control. It is the customers responsibility to be present in receiving the order.
- If you require your product sooner please do specify when order so we can try and accommodate as best as we can (i.e. by sending out in first class delivery).
Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- As candles are made to your desired specification we do not accept returns or exchanges on the goods.
- We do not refund shipping costs if goods are damaged.
DISCLAIMER: As each of our candles are individually hand-poured in small batches they are all completely unique, If you ordered two of the same, they might not be the same, hand-made products can never be identical, but they are unique. With all handmade products, some imperfections may appear such as frosting as the wax is a natural product, however, it does not affect the overall design and the use of your candle.
All PILLAR candles are made in small batches, the colour of the candles may vary slightly, and unscented.
