Here at Hair Collection we care about your hair. Our products offer a true alternative to synthetic and mineral based ingredients.

Many supermarket products contain harmful chemicals that will not promote hair growth or add nutrients to your hair. The Hair Collection products are designed with your hair in mind to give it the loving it requires, we have tested our products on all hair types including coloured hair, keratin treated hair and hair extensions. What is different about our products?


Our shampoo and conditioners are free from Sodium Chloride, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Paraben free. In addition to this, we do not test on animals.

We provide exceptional quality haircare products which are vegan and natural with ingredients that are dedicated to the care of all hair types in any environment giving you the results you can see and feel.

Shop Policies

Delivery

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping rates are fixed and added to your cart during the checkout process.
Our published prices do not include shipping charges. Please check shipping rates. All prices are in GBP (£) Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
We do not include invoices or receipts in orders to minimise paper waste. All customers will receive a receipt via email. 
Custom and special orders may be subject to service charges.
We currently ship within the UK. It is the responsibility the customer to provide the correct delivery details. Unfortunately we cannot be liable for incorrect details nor will we be able to refund order or send a new one out unless purchased again

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition and if the order is not to a high standard upon delivery. Any problems should be reported via email within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. We do require evidence of any issues such as damage to outer packaging or with products (cracks, spillage etc) without this we cannot make a claim through Royal Mail and you may be refused a replacement or refund if you are not able to provide photographic evidence when requested.
We not accept returns on most purchases such as certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as vitamins etc..), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as hair and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If there are any manufacturing fault with the product please contact us by email to notify us with images attached. Any faulty claims should be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of product. Once the claim has been reviewed, and if appropriate, a replacement will be sent out to you within 5 days.
Free returns is not currently available at this time. To return an item contact us via our contact form. We will ask you to ship the return back to us via a signed for service. Once we receive the product you will receive a refund within 5 working days if the product has not been opened for hygiene reasons.
All products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for the return to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item first. You must not remove the seals from the product. Free returns is not currently available at this time. To return an item contact us via our contact form. We will ask you to ship the return back to us via a signed for service. Once we receive the product you will receive a refund within 5 working days if the product has not  been opened for hygiene reasons.
