Once you have placed an order, this cannot be cancelled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.We aim to dispatch all orders within the mentioned time, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. House of Amaya is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.If nobody is available to take delivery, please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery, Unless you and we agree otherwise.We may deliver your goods in instalments.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be made only in accordance with the terms herein and in the form of store credit or monetary refunds.

  • We suggest buyers check the sizes and product description before ordering as this reduces need for returns and exchanges.

  • Any return, exchange or refunds requests would be processed within 7-10 working days after the acceptance of request made via email or message to us.

  • Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned along with the original tags, packaging and invoice. We can at our discretion provide a full refund or a store credit, provided they meet Our terms and conditions.

  • Any request for return/ exchange must be placed by You within 24 hours of delivery by Us . No requests placed beyond this period would be entertained.

  • After request has been approved, we should receive the products within 15 days to process exchange, refunds or credit notes.
  • All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and Our specific confirmation.

  • Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange.

  • Since We keep limited inventory and do not have all sizes available, at all times if the request for exchange cannot be processed, the store credit may be provided in accordance with the terms herein.

  • Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

  • All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods.

  • Any customisation orders or alteration orders can not be refunded, returned or exchanged.

  • Standard sizing of products may vary from brand to brand. We will not be liable to accept any return of standard sized products on the ground that the sizing does not meet Your expectations / requirements. All the measurements should be checked while ordering.

  • A product returned to Us as per these terms, can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit will be given upon receipt of product by Us and upon confirmation by Us that the product is in fact exchangeable / returnable as per these terms.

  • Products will be considered for exchange or return only if it is unworn and in perfect condition, and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged , soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to You.

  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with Your return/exchange.

  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface only. If the sole is scratched, We will not be able to accept the return/exchange of such product.

  • Accessories including jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, and belts will not be eligible for return, exchange or cancellation by You. Any other product identified as non-returnable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase will be deemed to be so.

  • There will be no refunds for orders to which any kind of discounts were applied. For the purposes of these terms, “discount” includes a sale (including EOSS), discount/offer code or coupon.

  • Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If You would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, please be aware that We can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, We will offer to repair faulty items.

  • In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You.

  • If an order has three or more than three products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/refund for such orders would not be possible.

  • Discounted product(s) or orders placed using loyalty points or promotional gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
