Returns & Exchanges
Here at Krishna My Friend we take the utmost care when sending you our products. Our products go through a 2-point review before being dispatched for your pleasure. In the unlikely event your soft toy is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt providing up to 3 photographs to prove faulty/damaged goods. Please ensure you include your name, order number and reason for return within your email.
Items may be asked to be returned in an unused and resalable condition within 7 days. Refunds will only be given once we have received the item back in its original condition.
In the case where you are returning an unwanted product which included a Free item offer, we require both items to be returned to us to obtain a full refund.
Note: Due to COVID we will not be accepting any exchanges. Customers will be responsible for their returns. We do not provide pre-paid labels and strongly recommend tracking on all returns. Krishna My Friend is not responsible for returns lost in the mail; customers will not receive refunds for lost returns.
