I hope that you are delighted with your order however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return any or all items in the original condition and packaging for a refund within 14 days from delivery subject to the following conditions.
You must inform us of your intention to return the goods to us in writing including proof of purchase within 14 days of the receiving the goods by sending any email to us at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must clearly state your reasons for returning the goods to us. If you wish to return only part of the order then please also clearly state which items you wish to return.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
We are only able to process your returns when the order is returned to us new and unused and in their original packing with labels/tags on and in a sturdy box. While shipping the item, please ensure that the package is wrapped securely.
Please note you are responsible for your own return shipping charges which are non refundable. We strongly recommend recorded service/ track able method to mail your return (signed for/tracked). We cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
A refund or replacement will not be given in the event that an incorrect shipping address has been supplied. It is your responsibility to locate the item from where it was delivered local sorting office or courier depot. A refund or replacement will not be given in this event.
In the event that someone else provides a signature for you, it is your responsibility to locate the item. We take no responsibility for the product once signed for and delivered to the address provided.
