Returns & Exchanges
- The Pretty Parcel will not accept returns on personalised items.
- The Pretty Parcel will accept returns and exchanges on non personalised items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damage. If applicable, the item must not have been washed or show signs of wear.
- If the item is being returned due to a production error please contact us at email@example.com
- Please return within 14 days from the receipt of original order. If you would like to return or exchange, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear or washing, then no exchange will be given and the item will be returned to you.
- The return postage from customer to The Pretty Parcel will not be covered by The Pretty Parcel.
- Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of the returned item.
