Delivery
All our products are available for delivery within the UK. Our delivery charge for a 2-3 day delivery service is £6.95.
If you require a speedier delivery service or would like to send this gift overseas, please email us at info@gourmet-luxe.com and we will do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
We are unable to issue refunds once the order has been successfully shipped. However, there may be exceptional cases where a refund may be appropriate. These include:
i. Hampers with damaged or missing goods
ii. Items that are not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase
Note: The rights of return will not apply if the product has been used or not in its original condition.
