International DeliveryInternational Delivery is available via Royal Mail Standard International and generally takes 5-8 days to Europe and 10-14 days to the Rest of the World once dispatched. 
The price of postage will depend on the weight of the order. For orders with multiple different items, the overall weight will determine the postage cost so you only ever pay one delivery charge (as long as all your items are being delivered to the same address).

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you can do this within 30 days of receiving the items. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can. If the product(s) have already been dispatched, they must be returned to us in accordance with the ‘Returns’ section below.


We hope that you will be happy with any product(s) you order from us, but you have 30 days from receipt of items to contact us if you wish to return or exchange an item. 

Once we confirm your cancellation it is your responsibility to return the item(s) in a resalable, unused condition to: Unit 19 Space House Business Centre, Abbey Road, London, NW10 7SU. The cost of return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty. You will be refunded once we receive the item, therefore we advise posting it via a tracked service to avoid getting lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We always do our utmost and check our items thoroughly before sending it to you, but if for any reason the item arrives faulty or damaged please send us an email on with a photo displaying the issue. Once this has been reviewed we will issue a refund, if it is faulty or damaged. In most cases we will not ask you to return the item to us, and if we do the cost of return will be our responsibility.
