If the package is believed to be lost in the post, the customer is to contact us via the contact form so we can assist. If Royal Mail is unable to deliver, they will leave a red card and the parcel will be waiting for collection at your local post office - details will be on the card.
If the parcel is not collected from the post office, Royal Mail will return it to us. The customer is liable to pay for the item to be resent.
If the customer inputs an incorrect address and the parcel has already been dispatched, they must wait for Royal Mail to send this back to us which can take 2/3 weeks.
