• Can be any other size, please specify

We recommend you check the sizes with a tape measure prior to ordering to ensure you are happy with the size.

Please list the size in the personalisation box so you will receive the correct file.

ORDER PROCESS

Fill in your details in the personalisation box on the listing

Include the size you will be printing

Kiran will send you a proof within 48 working hours, please check you e-mail to approve (if she doesnt hear back from you, she will send your final file via e-mail)

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Standard processing time - 3-5 working days

Shipping example - your order is personalised. This is not an instant download. You will receive your file via Etsy Purchases within 3-5 working days. Our files are not editable.

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted on our personalised items as they are personalised to your own specification. We do accept returns on unpersonalised items, the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs and we do advise you send the items tracked.
