We do not offer any refunds or returns as each item is quality checked prior to dispatch, however conditions of returns will only be with agreement of Mubarakan weddings: Buyers must contact us within 1 working day of receiving order to report any concerns. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping costs, which if agreed by management but be returned within 2 working days of receiving the delivery. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Upon receiving the item we'll send you the refund minus the postage paid.
