Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you would like to return an item our return's policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The first step is to send us an email regarding the return (within 10 days of receipt) and from there we will assist in arranging the return of the item if needed. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
With the exception of damaged goods, Made in India is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.
Also note that the return collection cost may be higher than you paid for delivery as we subsidise the deliveries ourselves to keep your costs as low as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please FIRST email email@example.com to request to return an item. Please do not send your purchase back until you have emailed Made in India and received a response that will explain the return process.
There are certain situations where NO refunds are granted:
- Personal items like earrings that have been worn.
- Returned items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons, not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We do not accept order cancellations or exchanges.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Made in India, 6 Knightlow Way, Harbury, CV33 9NB, United Kingdom You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged/faulty (proof required). If you are shipping an item over £20.00, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
