Pretty Tiffin design and make the most beautiful hand painted tiffin lunch boxes, spice tins, thali trays and other gorgeous enamelware to add colour and style to your dining.
Established two years ago armed with a passion to promote beautiful, highly practical plastic free hand painted compartment lunch boxes as a sustainable, ever lasting lunch box solution. We have been incredibly lucky in finding and developing fantastic relationships with the wonderful artisans with whom we work; combining their skill and handicraft heritage with our enthusiasm for seeking out beautiful designs, inspired by Arts and Crafts, folk art and modern design.
Shop Policies
Delivery
We are a family run business with a small team who are dedicated to delivering your PrettyTiffin items in perfect condition. As such, it is important for us to be honest about delivery times and cost.
We ‘ship’ twice a week using Evri Standard Delivery (unless you choose to upgrade to a one day service). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, and all being well, your order will be with you within 7-10 days of purchase. However from time to time, adverse weather or other events beyond our control may lead to a slightly longer delivery time.
Please note; upgrading to one day Delivery will not alter the picking and packing time, but will guarantee a quicker delivery once your item is dispatched. If you need the item quickly please contact us to check our next dispatch date (usually Mondays and Thursdays)

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every item you receive, but we understand that there are times when you may want to arrange a return.If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and original packaging with a completed returns form within 14 days for a full refund, excluding delivery fees. If the product is faulty, delivery fees will also be refunded.
You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us, unless items are faulty in which case you will be refunded. Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging. It is important to include your completed returns form to help our team identify your order. Without this, we may be unable to complete your refund or exchange. Please note, it takes up to five days to process a return.
