Our Founder Anita, established The Pretty Parcel back in 2017, when she was planning her own wedding, she loved everything customised, but she found it so hard to find timeless keepsakes. That's when Anita had her eureka moment and launched the world's first engraved, personalised wooden chura box.

  • Standard UK delivery (once order has been dispatched): (2nd class recorded 3-5 working days) £4.99
  • Free Standard UK delivery: On all UK orders over £150
  • Priority Delivery (Wooden Items only): £20
  • Please note delivery of wooden and non-wooden products may arrive separately. 
  • Please note: all personalised wooden items take up to 3 weeks to deliver. Should you require your Pretty Parcel within 10 days, please choose Priority Delivery at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

  • The Pretty Parcel will not accept returns on personalised items.
  • The Pretty Parcel will accept returns and exchanges on non personalised items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damage. If applicable, the item must not have been washed or show signs of wear. 
  • If the item is being returned due to a production error please contact us at   
  • Please return within 14 days from the receipt of original order. If you would like to return or exchange, please let us know by contacting us at
  • If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear or washing, then no exchange will be given and the item will be returned to you.
  • The return postage from customer to The Pretty Parcel will not be covered by The Pretty Parcel. 


  • Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of the returned item.
