I’m Anita, the Creative Director of The Pretty Parcel Co. 


I established The Pretty Parcel Co. back in 2017 whilst planning my big, fat, Indian wedding. 


Me being me, I was adamant on adding a unique personal touch to the day, but everything I came across that was personalised just seemed so generic.


To cut a long story short, I noticed a gap for keepsakes that were practical, original and special and this is where the world’s first wooden engraved AND personalised chura box was developed. 


Obviously, it would have been rude not to share it with you! So since then, I have brought your visions to life and expanded The Pretty Parcel Co. product range.  


Please note: all personalised wooden items take up to 3 weeks to deliver. Should you require your Pretty Parcel within 10 days, please choose Priority Delivery.

Delivery

  • Standard UK delivery (once order has been dispatched): (2nd class recorded 3-5 working days) £4.99
  • Free Standard UK delivery: On all UK orders over £150
  • Priority Delivery (Wooden Items only): £20
  • Please note delivery of wooden and non-wooden products may arrive separately. 
  • Please note: all personalised wooden items take up to 3 weeks to deliver. Should you require your Pretty Parcel within 10 days, please choose Priority Delivery at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

  • The Pretty Parcel will not accept returns on personalised items.
  • The Pretty Parcel will accept returns and exchanges on non personalised items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damage. If applicable, the item must not have been washed or show signs of wear. 
  • If the item is being returned due to a production error please contact us at info@theprettyparcel.co.uk   
  • Please return within 14 days from the receipt of original order. If you would like to return or exchange, please let us know by contacting us at info@theprettyparcel.co.uk
  • If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear or washing, then no exchange will be given and the item will be returned to you.
  • The return postage from customer to The Pretty Parcel will not be covered by The Pretty Parcel. 

REFUNDS: 

  • Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of the returned item.
